When the Limited Extension was removed, the associated phone was moved to Phones & Devices > Unassigned. However, the phone number (630) 672-7213) remains linked to the device. To complete the process, you must manually remove the Limited Extension number from the phone.

Follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Groups > Limited Extensions.
2. Search for the specific phone or number.
3. Delete the number, choosing the option to keep it in Inventory if desired.

Once completed, the phone should appear in the Unassigned section, ready to be allocated to a new user.
