Click the plus sign next to Additional purchase Free - add

Drop down under area code and choose 630.
Drop down under phone number and choose a 469 number
Next
Drop down for 911 location and enter location. Check box next to existing phone, then click assign to selected. Mae sure emergency address appears.
Next
If prompted for SMS, choose assign later
It will bring you to the user page:
Click on existing phone you just added.
Click change phone
Choose existing phone - next
Search for MAC address
Select phone, Next
Save
Verify that the publish slider is turned off
