Sharing voicemail

Open Ring Central

Go to Users and search for the user whose voicemail you want to share. Click on their name to open their settings.

Click on Phone

Scroll down until you see Shared voicemail and click on it.

Click on Add recipients.

Search for the user you want to have access to the voicemail.

Click Share to complete.
