Adding Staff Member Back to RC after Leave of Absence
Adding Staff member back that has been out with a long term sub.
In Ring Central Admin the User (Long Term Sub) will need to be deleted. Find the Long Term Sub by name or by extension. Check box to the left of the name and delete. A box will pop up asking about the actual phone. Check box "move to # inventory" Click Delete to move to next screen.
Go to Home and Add User>MVP User Secondary>Select>Fill in all the boxes and under Phone: choose Inventory phone. Once info has been filled in click Next. It will ask the mac address of the phone>Select. You will then select to send email to notify the new user.
Make sure to set the Emergency Response Location and Save.
