MyD41 Enrollment Timeline
This document depicts the account creation, claim, and provisioning process for MyD41 and all district technology users.
5/13/2022 - Staff notified of account claim process via all-staff email.
5/16/2022 - Staff received individual claim emails, with instructions on how to "claim" their account.
5/16/2022 - Student passwords were set to match passwords as listed in skyward. Students are not required to claim their accounts.
5/23/2022 - Reminder claim emails were sent to staff that did not complete the account claiming process.
(Planned) 5/27/2022 - Reminder claim emails were sent to staff that did not complete the account claiming process.
(Planned) 5/31/2022 - Reminder claim emails were sent to staff that did not complete the account claiming process. This will be the final reminder email.
(Planned) 6/01/2022 - Service migration begins with Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure/Office 365, Clever, Skyward Student & Skyward Finance. A full migration schedule can be found here.
(Planned) 6/01/2022 - 2FA (2 Factor Authentication) enforcement begins. Staff will not be able to access MyD41 applications without enrolling in 2FA.
(Planned) 6/02/2022 to 6/30/2022 - Legacy and other applications will begin migration to MyD41. Full transition times are unknown based on vendor support and transition timelines.
(Planned) 7/01/2022 - Full integration of MyD41 is complete, and all services will now only be available through MyD41. 2FA is required for all portal authentications.
