How to Manually Refresh a Chromebook
When a Chromebook will not turn on despite being plugged into a power source, a manual refresh can often resolve the issue.
Make sure the Chromebook is plugged into a charger.
Simultaneously hold the refresh key and power button for several seconds.
After letting go, wait a few moments. Then try using the power button to turn the device on. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact Tech Support.
